I am fascinated by physiology and in another life, I would like to have been a physical therapist. The breakdown of the physics and the body mechanics of the pitch doesn't use the word "flow," but it's clear that Lincecum's gift weds endless practice and technique tweaks with whatever kind of headspace he has for flow.

Excellent videos, especially the second one.
