Velvet Underground documentaries

 Todd Haynes has made a marvelous documentary about The Velvet Underground that makes great use of an substantial archive of footage from Warhol and contemporaries as well as recent interviews:


but it mostly revolves around Cale and Reed. I thoroughly enjoyed this documentary by Cam Forrester about drummer Maureen "Moe" Tucker because he addresses her contribution to the music of the group and her influence:
