Cimafunk

 NPR's alt.latino show did a year-end episode on their favorite albums and one of the groups they mentioned was a young Cuban group called Cimafunk (from cimarrón) that mixes traditional Cuban styles, hip hop and funk. The album is El alimento.

A big hit for them in Cuba is "Me voy"
