By aggressively enforcing a steep tax on plastic bags, Ireland has almost eliminated their use. People use cloth bags, and it's not a big deal. but it took an aggressive Minister for the Environment who threatened to tax paper bags as well.By the way, who speaks Irish ? The kids.
