I was lucky enough to see the Kronos Quartet play last night and tonight at the Walker Art Center. The first program was called Without Borders, and featured music by composers from from Iraq, Iran, Azerbaijan, Serbia, Palestine and India. This evening's music was more in the vein of rock, jazz, alternative music by Laurie Anderson, Penderecki. One of their encores was this gorgeous piece by Sigur Ros.
