Adolescence of Utena is the movie version of Revolutionary Girl Utena manga and anime. I watched about half of the anime episodes, and found a dubbed version of the film for our next cinema club chat. I tried not to compare the movie to the anime too much. I need to rewatch the subbed version because I always find dubs so annoying. The film focuses on how Utena and Anthy come together to overcome and rise above their issues to be better and stronger people.
