I am that former Twin Citian, view int your site from Isla Mujeres while waiting for guests from MInneapolis to arrive.
The snow does look beautiful, but much more so from distance of 3,000 miles :)

Hey, Steve! I've been posting stuff about the snow for my family in Spain (who are somewhere on the Costa Brava this weekend). Your place looks heavenly, and I am going to get there somehow--it's just a question of when.
