Jane Norling

When I go to San Francisco at the end of the month, I will go to see this show by Bay Area artist Jane Norling. I have seen her work as the cover art for a book by Margaret Randall, and she is the sister of a friend!

I met Jane when I was hiking in Yosemite in the summer of 76. Later she put me up for the night at her apt in Haigh/Ashbury. I think she was part of the radical artist painting murals around the area.

Nice person. Glad to see she is still drawing/painting

She is the sister of a good friend, and I had seen her work in posters and book covers before I met her sister. Yes, she seems to be doing very well! Thanks for your comment.
